Then, together, we customize your wedding, and provide you with insight on current wedding trends, design ideas, and traditions.
This package includes:
- Initial consultation meeting, then one meeting each month leading up to the wedding
- Unlimited phone and email correspondence
- Create a month-by-month task schedule with a personalized wedding checklist
- Develop and oversee the budget; help manage vendor payment schedule; deliver final payments
- Fully design your event to your specifications – assist in developing creative ideas, your style, color palette, and traditions
- Plan venue lay-out and floorplan
- Organize a detailed event timeline for bridal party, family, and vendors
- Research and book all vendors, Serve as the point of contact for vendors/venue, negotiate fees – meet with vendors to review contracts, expectations, and timelines
- Be present for menu tastings with caterer and baker, as well as venue walk-through
- Provide guidance with vows, music selection, and speeches
- Oversee selection and design of printed materials and favors
- Secure hotel room blocks for out-of-town guests; deliver welcome bags to hotels
- Arrange the wedding day transportation for the bridal party
- Coordinate wedding rehearsal
- Provide emergency kit for day of wedding
- Complete wedding day coordination from start to finish (includes everything within The Big Day wedding package)
- Break-down event, distribute personal items, and clean up
All packages are fully customized. For those brides and grooms who have already booked many of their vendors, we can offer a smaller package that fits your needs.
